Led a private-equity backed, global 2000 manufacturer through a complex enterprise transformation project to consolidate and integrate the North American administrative operations following a recent acquisition. The key objectives are to reduce costs, adopt industry best practices, eliminate operational redundancy, and achieve a 30% reduction in the overhead budget.  Streamlined processes and created a shared-services model enhanced efficiency and improved overall performance across its North American operations. This initiative fostered a more agile and cost-effective administrative framework and positioned the company for new markets and IPO.

Oversaw improvement of enterprise risk management (ERM) function and practices.  Enhanced business operations by improving audit processes and managing supplier, workforce, and technology risks.
